Walyarra Contracting is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Civil Machine Operators for upcoming and ongoing projects across the Kimberley region.

We are building a pool of skilled operators to support remote road construction and civil works, with opportunities across multiple projects and rosters.

Plant & Equipment

  • Dozers

  • Graders

  • Loaders

  • Excavators

  • Rollers

  • Watercarts

About the Role

You will be working on remote civil and road construction projects, supporting earthworks, road formation, maintenance, and associated activities.

These roles require operators who can work safely, efficiently, and independently in remote environments.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant plant operating experience in civil construction

  • Valid tickets for nominated machinery

  • Ability to work in remote locations on rostered swings

  • Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work within a team

  • White Card

  • HR/HC/MC licence (desirable depending on role)
