Project Description:
Walyarra is delivering ongoing maintenance grading services across the Shire of Derby / West Kimberley, supporting the safety and reliability of unsealed road networks throughout the Kimberley region, including Derby, Camballin, and surrounding remote communities.

The scope includes four programmed grading cycles per year, alongside cattle grid cleaning and formation maintenance, to improve road durability, manage seasonal wear, and reduce livestock and traffic safety risks. Operating in remote Kimberley conditions, Walyarra deploys experienced local operators and well-maintained heavy plant to ensure consistent production and quality outcomes.

This long-term contract demonstrates Walyarra’s capability in Kimberley road maintenance, council infrastructure works, and unsealed road grading, reinforcing its role as a trusted Indigenous-owned civil contractor supporting regional access and community connectivity
